Licensed Tax Consultant
Desiree was raised in a small rural town in Alaska, where she developed a deep appreciation for community, integrity, and hard work. She brings a strong foundation in accounting with four years of specialized college coursework, extensive continuing education, and four years of professional experience in the tax industry. Backed by more than 25 years of client service excellence, Desiree is committed to delivering dependable, personalized support that clients can trust.
Working alongside a CPA as a lead tax preparer, Desiree has gained extensive hands-on expertise in both individual and small-business taxation. As a Licensed Tax Consultant (LTC) in the state of Oregon, she is committed to providing knowledgeable, personalized service that clients can rely on year after year.
Outside of work, Desiree enjoys spending time with her family, exploring the outdoors, and embracing the simple, down-to-earth lifestyle that first inspired her passion for helping others.

KASSANDRA UPRIGHT
Licensed Tax Preparer
Kassie has worked in the finance industry since 2013, serving clients across a wide range of financial and professional backgrounds. Over the past four years, she has specialized in tax preparation and investment operations management, gaining extensive experience in both individual and small-business taxation.
Her passion for helping clients achieve long-term financial stability brought her to an independent firm built on trust, transparency, and personalized service. Kassie takes pride in developing tax strategies that support growth, minimize stress, and strengthen the client relationship year after year.
Outside of work, Kassie enjoys life in Sutherlin with her husband and their two children. As a family, they spend much of their free time camping, exploring Oregon’s trails, and enjoying the outdoors together.
